The first step in considering outsourcing is to make contact and discuss the functions you would like to outsource.  Our initial discussions and consultation are provided confidentially at no cost and no obligation to you.  We will work to understand your requirements and provide you with a full proposal.  We will include details of the work we would undertake, the time frames and the costs.  Once you have accepted the proposal we will together finalize the hand-over schedule and plan.  Then the work is transitioned and we provide the daily service.  

On a daily basis we exchange information over email or secure file transfer.  You scan in documents, sales orders, invoices, checks, and other paperwork and email or secure file transfer them to us.  We enter and process the data and return to you actionable files and reports for your use.   We harness the power of the internet to give you the information you need when you need it.
